Ingredients: 1 pound ground pork, 1 pound ground beef, 5 slices white bread, 1 cup milk or water, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 can mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Soak bread in water or milk and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix meat, bread, slightly beaten egg, and seasoning. Form into eight individual loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Half an hour before done, pour mushroom soup over loaves. Serves 4-6 people.
