Spy Smasher

left to right: Kevin Karr, Aaron DeLaRosa and Mark Griffin ruin a friend's party

Mark, Aaron, and Kevin were in a punk band many many years ago. The band was calledĀ Spy Smasher. They wrote a thousand songs. They would switch off and play different instruments for different songs - sometimes switching during a song. Their first album had a home made cassette cover with a giant fly xeroxed from a lawn care ad. For one show, they were incorrectly billed as "Spice Masher". They would frequently have guest musicians play with them like some bloated superband. They would announce their "last show ever" every few months to get all their friends to come out and see them. This all happened a very very long time ago.
