Indefinable bon vivant, political deviant and outsider artist behind his ongoing solo project Dynamo 9, Milo Finch attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy for Performance with actresses Gretchen Mol, Katharine Brown and Angela Bettis but left for his love of rock and roll.
During the late 90's he owned and operated Giant Jet Lab Studios in NYC, which led to some local notoriety with his band Giant Jet Ball, with guitarist Joe Belle of Seven Wiser, opening for The Bloodhound Gang, The Whirling Dervishes, his guitar being hung at downtown hot spot Hogs & Heifers, and random drunken associations with ZZ TOP and jazz great Dewey Redman.
Before moving to Vermont, Milo lived in New York City, New Jersey, and North Carolina playing in Contact by Garvey, with Steve Ericson of Truckee and US Rail bassist Phil Miarmi, and Dynamo 9, in which Chris Partyka, his hometown friend since fifteen would sometimes guest on guitar as well as bass by Jon Francis, banjola player for Like Moving Insects.
Milo, also a composer and fiction writer, has worked with ground breaking New York web designers, The Chopping Block, on projects like the soundtrack music for the Scream 3 website and short stories for Grodzki.com.
